Rhapsody malt isn't just an ingredient — it's a symphony of flavours and aromas.

Let loose with Munich malt: always available, yet self-sufficient, recognizable in every beer, sweet and lightly coloured. Unique — a truly likeable freak.

This wheat malt will encourage your yeast to produce the enchanting aromas of a true wheat beer.

Thanks to this malt's strong enzymatic activity, you'll achieve excellent starch breakdown and high efficiency in wort production. So good for brewing, it's almost BEASTLY.
