Sweet Sailing – Cara 25-35

Cara malt is produced in a similar way to crystal malt, but the final roasting stage is extended and takes place at lower temperatures to meet requirements for a lighter colour, higher extract, and greater moisture. Sweet Sailing Cara malt brings caramel, nutty, and sweet flavours to your beer, along with added body and a fuller mouthfeel. It has very little to no enzymatic potential. This malt is produced at our malting facility in Knapton, North Yorkshire. Perfect for most beer styles, ales, pale ales, and American IPAs.
